Modern medicine is a marvelous thing and I would not, for a second, suggest that you shouldn’t seek professional help for any health or mental health concerns – please do!
But, used in conjunction with traditional therapies, positive affirmations can have a really positive impact on both your health and mental health.
If a positive affirmation does nothing but make you feel in control of how you are feeling about your medical condition or mental health, then perhaps it has still achieved its goal.
