Pick a few of the affirmations that really resonate with you and how you are feeling, or how you would like to be feeling, and then start using them regularly. If you can’t find any in our long list of affirmations that truly meet your needs, you can write some yourself.

Just remember to keep the sentiment of your statement positive, you want your brain to make positive changes so you need the message to be positive.

So, rather than saying “I am not in pain”, your affirmation should be “I feel great”, otherwise your brain might only register the “pain” part of the former message and therefore keep feeling the pain.
